• Pre-orders mean that you can order exactly what you want and prepay.
• Pre-orders won't ship until your entire Best Bottom portion is filled UNLESS your order includes other great items from Nicki's Diapers that are in-stock. We will ship other in-stock items from your order immediately. Nicki's Diapers offers FREE gifts (orders over $100) and FREE shipping (orders over $75).
• You may cancel your Best Bottom Pre-order AT ANY TIME before they ship and receive a full refund the same way you paid. No restocking fees!!
• You will receive an email update after 14 days if you have not received your Pre-order.
• Shipping times may vary depending on demand of a particular product. To increase shipping times please include substitutes. We want you to be happy, so you can cancel at any time. We will strive to ship your orders as soon as we can!!

5. Pay by Credit Card or Paypal (Note: FREE Shipping never applies to International, APO, HI or AL addresses. Customers with these addresses will receive an email with your shipping costs when your order is ready to ship. This has always been Nicki's Diapers policy.)
6. We will contact you in 14 days if you have not received your order.
7. If you are not happy, at any time, or don't want to wait to try the Best Bottom Diapering System, you have the right to cancel your order with no hassle.
