August 26th-September 1st Weekly Giveaway

The Moby Wrap is one of the most comfortable baby carriers on the market! The design uses your entire back, as well as your shoulders to carry the weight of your baby. Unlike other carriers which have narrow straps and may only go across one shouder, the Moby Wrap is a wide stretchy piece of fabric that is wrapped over both shoulders. It is super comfortable and very easy to wear (I personally wear my daughter for hours in this baby carrier). There are no buckles, snaps or other fasteners. It is easy to adjust the fit by varying how tightly you wrap yourself and your baby.

The Moby Wrap comes with an easy to follow instructional guide with tons of tips and techniques. With the single stretch cotton and the width of the Moby Wrap, your baby is wrapped close and tight insuring a very secure hold. Your baby's head can also be secured under the stretchy cotton fabric for added safety or if you want them to take a nap. You can finally have both hands free and know your baby is happy, safe, and secure!

The Moby Wrap allows you to wear your baby uniquely close. There is not a lot of extra material or bulky padding between you and your baby. Your baby can hear your heartbeat and will find comfort in the warmth of your body.

The Woby Wrap is an optimal baby carrier for premature infants. Preemies are often prescribed to practice "kangaroo care" and this skin to skin practice used to increase birth weight can be easily achieved while wearing this baby carrier. The Moby Wrap is also long enough to adapt to your growing baby and can hold up to 45 lbs (most people feel comfortable carrying up to 35 lbs).

The Moby Wrap can help sooth your fussy baby! It is amazing how quickly a baby will settle down once wrapped in the Moby Wrap. Experts like Dr. Sears stress the importance of holding your baby often and close. The Moby Wrap allows you to do this with ease. The style of the wrap insures your baby is close while providing ultimate comfort and support. No more aching backs or tired arms! Now your baby can be kept close and happy for as long as he/she desires.

The Moby Wrap is very versatile! You can wear your Moby Wrap in many different ways. Wear your baby facing you, or facing the world. When not being used as a carrier you can use your Moby as a blanket, pillow, or anything else that comes to mind.

The Moby Wrap is easy to clean. You can machine wash your Moby in cold water and tumble dry low. Slight shrinkage after washing may occur but once you start wearing your Moby again, it will stretch out.

To enter to win a Moby Wrap in Indigo (pictured above), leave a comment on our blog with a link to each entry . You may only do each entry option once per weekly giveaway (saying "commenting for the giveaway does not count as an entry). Winner will be posted 9/2. 50. Babywearing is important to me in several ways. I enjoy the bonding time with my child. With my first daughter, she needed to be held to sleep so I could wear her while doing chores around the house. It's also easier to wear her to the store or on a walk rather than carry around a car seat or set up the stroller.

  72. My daughter is now two, and I don't know what we would have done without babywearing. In the early days, it let me hold her as much as she wanted to be held, but still have my hands free for other things. When we go out and about, I have so much less to lug around, and I never have to find the elevators hiding in the back corner of the store. Now, it comes in handy for those times when she is too worn out to walk and/or too cranky to walk in the direction I want her to go. So much easier to wear a toddler than to try and carry one in your arms!

  137. Babywearing is important to me because my on loves to be held, especially at times when I need 2 hands... like making dinner or doing laundry!

  139. Baby wearing is important for a busy mom because it allows you time to bond with your child while also allowing you to take care of everyday tasks around the home. The physical closeness helps with attachment.

  144. Babywearing is important to me because my husband is away for weeks at a time with his job, and we live far away from family. Baby #2 will be here in September, and Baby #1 is a busy toddler. I will be babywearing a lot to meet their needs at the same time.

  146. I've found baby wearing to be especially important to me with my second child. I feel like I have less time to give to her than I did my firstborn when he was young because I'm trying to keep up with a 2 year old at the same time! Wearing her in the Baby Bjorn keeps her close and gives us snuggle time - even if I am chasing after my son at the same time. :)

  151. I feel strongly about baby wearing. I think it provides extra care and comfort for baby and keeps moms hands free to continue on with the day! I feel it provides a closer relationship with baby and mother and enables the mother to be closer to her baby for longer periods of time.

I have wanted one of these since I had my baby 4 months ago! I know several people who use the Moby wrap and they are wonderful!

  155. I have wanted a Moby wrap since my baby was born, but just couldn't fit it into the budget. I carry my baby all around the house as I'm doing things because I think it is so important for her to be with me and feel the closeness.

  157. Babywearing is important to me because right now my little 3.5 week old just wants to be held by mommy all the time, and I certainly want to hold her too! ...however there are also things to get done around the house, and I would love to have two hands to do that! I don't have any wrap or carrier yet but I've heard great things about the Moby Wrap!

  167. Babywearing is important to me since this is my third child. My older boys both have autism, so it is very difficult to handle them in social situations while juggling an infant, when I wear my sling, it makes like much easier as I have both hands free to help with my sweet boys!
